What you actually pay
Your total cost has three parts, and all three are shown before you pay anything:
- The plan fee — $99/year (or $10/month), with Seniors (65+) at $89/year or $9/month.
- A flat $6.95 delivery fee for each parcel we send — regardless of how many medicines are in it.
- The price of your medicines — private supply prices, shown in your account before you confirm each delivery. PBS pricing (including concession rates) remains available whenever you prefer it.
A worked example
One regular medicine delivered every 8 weeks is roughly 6–7 deliveries a year. That's $99 for the annual plan plus about $42–$49 in delivery fees — around $141–$148 for the year, plus the cost of the medicine itself at each dispatch. Your exact prices are always shown in your account before anything is charged.
Cancel anytime
Cancel or pause from your account in one tap — no phone calls, no retention maze. If you cancel within your first 14 days, we refund the plan fee pro-rata. See our cancellation and refund policy for the details.
